Oxbow is an art high school as well as a camp.
While summers at Oxbow are devoted to camp and the adult institute, during the school year we are a very unique "semester" school.

For the past 9 years the Oxbow School has been offering a one-semester, visual arts-based program for high school juniors and seniors nationwide. Oxbow is built on the belief that active involvement in the arts fosters flexible thinking and creative problem-solving skills that will serve students in all their future pursuits.

A new and powerful model for the education of young people through immersion in the visual arts and interdisciplinary academics, The Oxbow School is the only institution of its kind in the nation. Likewise, the Oxbow Summer Art Camp is also one-of-a-kind.
