Hurry, we only have so many easels.

Space is limited to 50 campers for each session. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Upon receipt of both the registration form and a $750 deposit, spaces will be reserved.

Fees

Student tuition includes all program fees and boarding fees. ($2,900/session until February 16, 2010. After that, tuition is $3,150/session.)

A $750 deposit is required with your registration form in order to reserve a space. The balance for either session is due May 1st. Applications made after May 1st are due in full at the time of registration. Registrations with deposits made ONLINE prior to February 15, 2010 are $250 less than after that date.

Refunds

A full refund will be given if your written request is received by Oxbow by May 1st. A full refund minus an administrative and clerical fee of $750 will be given for refunds received in writing between May 1st and May 15th. No refunds are given for cancellations received after May 15th. No refunds are granted for early withdrawal, absences or behavioral dismissals. In the event that a class is cancelled by Oxbow for whatever reason, all fees will be refunded.

Wait Lists

If your registration and deposit is received after a session is full, you will be notified and given the opportunity to be placed on a wait list. If openings occur, wait listed students will be taken in the order their application was received.
