Karin Stawarky

Senior Partner, Decision Strategies International, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts

Karin Stawarky has spent over 20 years at the intersection of strategy and organization as a seasoned executive advisor and coach to CEOs, founders, and business leaders from the Fortune 100 to early stage start-up companies across a range of industries. Combining a strategic general management mindset and deep organizational expertise, Karin seeks to help individuals, teams, and organizations realize their highest potential on the path towards their greatest aspirations. She has served as an interim C-suite executive and was a senior partner of Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm. Karin earned her MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College. Her passion for all things food was seeded early (she started a catering company as a teenager) and is fed by her voracious appetite for cookbooks, farmer's markets, and culinary adventuring. As an Oxbow trustee, Karin continues to be inspired by the transformative experience that Oxbow students benefit from during their time on campus, and the faculty and staff who dedicate themselves to make this possible semester after semester.
