REBECCA MANSON FAN CLUB

Rebecca Manson, OS14, was in residence last week leading OS39 in a workshop focused on performance art, collaboration, and very serious lessons in being silly. Having her here was fantastic as she not only led her class but joined in on co-curricular bike rides, sat in on and participated in all Humanities classes, joined students doing yoga on the lawn and trips to the rock climbing gym, and spontaneously led a rainy day aerobics co-curricular in the library which included karaoke and practicing the hora dance.

We really miss her and hope to have her back with us soon!

I have learned so many skills and habits that have made me a better person throughout my time here. To name a few: I have learned how to be a good roommate, how to communicate, and how to trust myself. I have learned the importance of staying hydrated, getting good sleep, and having a clean work space. I have learned how to share space both in the studios and dorms. Lastly, I have learned that it’s okay to advocate for what you need and that there is no harm in asking for help or support.
