Amelia Sanchez-Moran

Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, San Francisco, California

Amelia Sanchez-Moran is an attorney in San Francisco, where she works with employers to provide legal counseling and defend litigation matters. Before her career as an attorney, Amelia had a background in the arts and art history, working at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts during law school. Amelia attended Haverford College, where she majored in Art History, and Boston College Law School. Prior to college she attended St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire. Amelia lives in San Francisco and enjoys reading, painting, cooking and hiking with her Samoyed, Fozzy. Amelia joined the Oxbow board of trustees because of her connection to the school through a dear childhood friend who attended and worked for Oxbow. Amelia is inspired to work with Oxbow as a trustee because of the school's mission to promote arts education, and because of the unique opportunity Oxbow provides for young artists to thrive.
