Welcome Packet * ALL SUMMER FORM DEADLINES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 15th.

We are excited that you have decided to join the Oxbow community!

In order to participate in the Summer Art Institute or Fall 2021/Spring 2022 semesters, we will need each family to complete the Welcome Packet; you must complete and return these forms to The Oxbow School's office or via email to admissions@oxbowschool.org by the specified dates below.

Please ensure you have printed, reviewed, signed, dated and submitted all the forms on the checklist by the due dates. It is imperative that both parents and students review the information in this email and the packets. We prefer you email or mail all the completed forms together at one time. Please return these forms by the deadline so that Oxbow can prepare to welcome the students by our program's start date.

We understand things are very much up in the air for many of you and that you may need time to see how things develop and make plans for your school year. Because of this we have extended the due date for all Summer Welcome Packet forms to May 15th, 2021. Fall 2021 forms are due by August 10th and Spring 2022 forms are due by December 21st.
