In the event Oxbow is unable to deliver on-campus programming due to COVID-19, students enrolled in a semester that has yet to begin will have the option of deferring to a future semester, or receiving a full tuition refund (including the enrollment deposit). If we begin the semester as usual but move to a distance-learning platform due to COVID-19 or associated restrictions or guidance, we will offer families a partial refund of remaining room and board costs associated with the program.
