COVID-19 POLICY

In the event Oxbow is unable to deliver on-campus programming due to COVID-19, students enrolled in a semester that has yet to begin will have the option of learning online, deferring to a future semester, or receiving a full tuition refund (including the enrollment deposit). If we begin the semester as usual but move to a distance-learning platform due to COVID-19 or associated restrictions or guidance, we will offer families a partial refund of remaining room and board costs associated with the program.

Welcome Packet * ALL FORM DEADLINES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 15th.

We are excited that you have decided to join the Oxbow community! Before your semester at Oxbow begins you will need to complete and submit the following materials. You may submit your materials by email to admissions@oxbowschool.org.

We understand things are very much up in the air for many of you and that you may need time to see how things develop and make plans for your school year. Because of this we have extended the due date for all Welcome Packet forms to December 15th. Please note that we will be in touch closer to December 1st to remind everyone to turn in their Welcome Packet forms and discuss pre-arrival travel, testing and quarantine procedures.
