The SFMOMA fieldtrip on Monday was, as always, fantastic. Home to a powerhouse permanent collection, consistently strong rotating shows, and the best cappuccino you'll ever have in the cafe in the building's belly (or maybe any cappuccino after hours of art-ing will be the best...you be the judge), this museum is phenomenal and we always enjoy taking Oxbohemians there. Though the entire 7th floor was closed for installation, the new room of Bourgeois spiders (cue tears) and the incredible Rauschenberg retrospective (mud bath, anyone?) definitely made this a worthwhile visit. Followed up with a stroll across the Golden Gate Bridge, we got the week off to a good start.
