PLEASE NOTE: 2020 Open Camp Positions will be posted late Fall.

Oxbow Summer Art Camp was founded in 2004 for rising 9th-12 graders. The camp features high-level professional art instruction using an interdisciplinary approach consisting of short-term projects, a personal final project, field trips, and co-curricular activities.

As a residential program, staff members are involved with the students throughout the entire day, both inside and outside the studios. Staff members must be willing to make a full-time commitment to the students during the course of the camp and accept the demands this will place on their time and attention. All staff reside on campus mid-June through early August. These are paid positions and room and board is provided.

Preference will be given to applicants who meet the following:

• You are passionate about art!
• You enjoy working with teens and have prior teaching or leadership experience in a school or camp setting.
• You are able to make a full-time commitment to the program and bring a high level of participation to camp for the duration of the program.
• You have (or are working towards) a college degree in art, youth development, education, and/or have a career in the arts.
• You thrive in intense environments, are conscientious, willing to work hard, and are committed to the safety, well-being, and growth of each member of the camp community.

To Apply: More information will be posted late Fall.
