Sous Chef
Amy Troutner, the Sous Chef at The Oxbow School has worked in the Oxbow kitchen for the past sixteen years. She has worked professionally as a chef in the Bay Area for many years and loves working at The Oxbow School to support and nourish the students, faculty and staff, creating an incredible culinary experience each semester and summer.
Oxbow School is one of the preeminent choices for creative high school students interested in the arts. Their project-based, integrated approach to learning mirrors the approach of many top art schools.
